About Her Garden Gym

I love helping women become healthier and feel more vibrant through physical activity, exercise and good nutrition. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over fifteen years, delivering personal training and fitness classes in a range of facilities including corporate gyms, small studios and large gym chains. During this time I’ve discovered many women don’t regard exercise as an enjoyable activity, but believe it’s something to be endured.

So I’ve created Her Garden Gym for women who have never felt comfortable in fitness classes or busy gyms, to offer peace and privacy alongside bespoke training.

Services I Offer

I have developed a range of unique training packages in recognition of the diverse needs women face depending on life phase, health status and age. These include Her Silver Strength™, for the peri to post menopause woman, Her Vintage Years, for women post retirement age, and Her Stronger Together Programme, small group or partner training for women who would like to train with a female friend or relative and. Other packages are available as well as a separate Nutrition Counselling service.

One-to-One Personal Training

Bespoke personal training and coaching, in all aspects of wellbeing, to promote optimal health for women in the Bognor Regis area.

Small Group Training

Enjoy small group training sessions, with two or three other women. Team up with a female friend or relative.

Pilates

Strengthen the body, improve posture and flexibility, and enjoy finding balance through one-to-one Pilates coaching in Bognor Regis.

Female Strength & Conditioning

Improve overall strength for sporting or athletic performance, daily activities, or simply to enhance quality of life for women of all ages.

Nutrition Counselling

Discover how to eat for optimal health with one – to – one nutrition counselling. Education and support on a range of dietary strategies addressing female health concerns including osteoporosis, menopause, and weight loss.

Pre & Post Natal Exercise

Exercise during pregnancy and beyond birth through the postnatal period. One – to – one expert guidance to ensure exercise is safe and effective for both mother and baby.

Her Garden Gym is my personal training studio. It is fully equipped with a range of cardiovascular machines, weights and training accessories for one-to-one or small group training. Female strength and conditioning, pre and post-natal exercise, managing the menopause, and Pilates are just a few of the many training options. Her Garden Gym also incorporates outdoor training space and equipment, alongside a purpose built summerhouse where stretching, relaxation and Pilates takes place.

During milder weather training sessions take place in the garden, or on the beach, promoting the positive mental and physical health benefits or spending time outside in a natural environment.
