Her Garden Gym was the first time I had tried or even considered personal training and fortunately for my friend Karen and I we struck gold. Jacqueline has educated me in so many aspects of training allowing me to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness. My training partner sessions with Karen are always great fun and I have achieved results I wasn’t expecting especially the strengthening around my knee joints, something I have always struggled with due to previous injuries. Jacqueline motivates and inspires me to continue on my fitness journey and I am now excited to learn more about optimal nutrition with the support of her nutritional counselling service.
