During the pandemic of 2020 gym closures and lockdowns left many women looking for new ways to engage in fitness. My online training packages have been a perfect solution during these challenging times. So now it doesn't matter where you are in the UK (or even the rest of the world!) wherever you are you can access my expert guidance and support remotely.
Online training appointments are conducted via Zoom. The processes I use for online training follow closely to the in person experience I offer at Her Garden Gym. In discussion with you I am able to access your current health status, understand your lifestyle, and your main aims and objectives. From this I am able to design a training programme that fits into your lifestyle, and to meet your needs. Online clients normally work with me over a 10 week period initially, after which time clients may prefer monthly check-ins although many choose to maintain a regular weekly appointment.
Online clients may benefit from purchasing some small handheld weights, and an exercise mat, and this is something I offer further guidance during the consultation process. You can read more about the type of home gym equipment I recommend on my blog here.
